Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want every Zedrai customer to be satisfied with their subscription. If the Service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer fair and transparent refund options.

14-Day Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial, you have full access to all features of your selected plan. If you decide not to continue after the trial, no charges will be made — your account is simply downgraded.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at billing@zedrai.com with your account email and reason for the request.
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed through Paddle to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Billing Through Paddle

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax calculation, and refund processing. Refund receipts and invoices will come from Paddle. If you have billing questions, you can also contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received.

No Overage Charges

Zedrai does not charge overage fees. If you exceed your plan's ticket limit, AI features may be paused or downgraded depending on your plan tier, but you will never be charged more than your subscription price. See our Pricing page for details on how each plan handles limits.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur processing fees and can delay resolution. In most cases, we can resolve billing issues faster by working with you directly.
